Trinity Presbyterian Church's Mission Ministry Team plans, implements and interprets the ongoing mission of our church. The brief descriptions below provide you with basic information about the programs supported by our congregation's giving. This giving helps people who are hungry, homeless, troubled, sick, poor, disadvantaged, spiritually needy and/or experiencing other difficulties.
Our governing body, the Session, in collaboration with the Mission Ministry Team, develops a consolidated budget each year, incorporating the total funding allocations for a variety of local, regional, national and international programs and projects. Approximately 80% of the money allocations made by the Mission Ministry Team on behalf of this congregation support local and regional programs and projects.
In addition to financial support, many members of our church volunteer their time and talents to a variety of local agencies. This time given, along with material gifts, including food, clothing, household items and more, represents a powerful witness of God's spirit at work in the world.
