Trinity Presbyterian Church is committed to giving 10% of the money we receive back to various organizations in our local community and around the world through the guidance of TPCoSS’s Mission Ministry Team.Below are brief descriptions of the missions of our church. These descriptions are intended to provide you with some basic information about the programs supported by our congregation’s giving.
In addition to financial support, many members of TPCoSS volunteer their time and services to various local agencies. The time volunteered, along with the collection of material gifts, including clothing, household furnishings, food and other items, represent a powerful witness to God’s spirit at work in the world today.

It has more than 300 projects in 33 countries, whether through camels in India, llamas in Bolivia, chickens in China or cattle in the U.S. The gift helps hungry people feed themselves, earn income and care for the environment. The New Hope Medical Clinic Deep in the mountain country of Honduras, a medical clinic was opened on January 15, 2005. The Prayer Shawl Ministry meets Tuesday mornings at 10am in Founders’ Hall. About 10-15 knitters come together to knit, talk and pray. We welcome all knitters. The shawls are to be given away to people who need love, warmth and kindness in a time of need or at a time of joy. If you know of someone who can use a prayer shawl, please take one out of the closet. If the shawl goes to a church member, please write their name and yours in the book that is in the closet. If the shawl goes to someone who is not a member of TPCoSS we ask you to give us nine skeins of Lion Brand® Homespun yarn in return. This is enough to make three more shawls. This ministry is not funded and we can always use donations. Please support us.
