In Presbyterian (USA) churches, the Session of a particular church consists of the pastor or co-pastors, the associate pastors, and the elders in active service.
All members of the Session, including the pastor, co-pastors, and associate pastors, are entitled to vote. The Session is responsible for the mission and government of its church as outlined in the Book of Order. 

 At Trinity Presbyterian Church, our Session meets the third Tuesday of each month at 7pm in Founders' Hall.  Guests are welcome to attend.  The ministry teams of the Session meet the first Tuesday of each month at 7pm in Founders' Hall.  If you are interested in being part of any of our church's ministries, contact one of the co-chairs of the ministry team with which you would like to serve.

The members of the Board of Deacons at TPCoSS care for and nurture those in our congregation.  They visit home-bound members and those in hospitals and nursing homes; provide meals after the birth of a baby, a family member's death or hospital stay; they stay in touch with those in our church family having birthdays and anniversaries, and also members who are away at college or in the military; and they keep a "closet" of medical items to loan to members as needed.
